This is supposed to be my raw food training log, as the title says. I plan to post recipes (taken from books or invented by me) and my improvements in running.
For today I want to summarize the training of last week:

Sun, 15.11.09: 10km (hills) 50:30min. 20min abdominal muscle training
The following "recipe" is an invention by me *haha* which I made last weekend. It consist
of 1 fresh coconut (including the juice) and about 250g dates. That's it! I call them "snowballs" ;-)
